Who is eligible to purchase your products?

Residents in USA and the Canada are eligible to purchase products from our website.

How do I make an order?

Browse the products on our site to find what you like. If you would like to purchase the product, select the amount you would like to order, and click “Add to Cart”. Continue shopping and adding products to your shopping cart. When you are ready, go to your cart to checkout. After checking out, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to pay for your order via your VISA or Mastercard using crypto currency in the USA and or INTERAC etransfer in Canada. Please follow the instructions to process the payment. It’s as simple as that!

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is complete. You will receive another email around that time with your tracking number once shipped. 

Is our site reliable and trustworthy?

The main reason we started our website was to make accessibility to magic mushrooms, cannabis and other related therapeutic products as simple and convenient as possible for our customers. We are huge advocates of mushrooms and their magical benefits, thus we wanted to make access to them as simple, convenient, and reliable as possible. Read our reviews on our homepage for further comfort, and if you ever have an issue with your order just contact us and we’ll have it resolved as quickly as possible.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, all orders must be placed through our website and shipped to you via mail order at this time.

Can I modify/refund my order once it’s been made?

If you’ve placed your order, you can cancel it as long as you have not made payment yet. If you’ve made payment and want to modify your order, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I pay?

We currently accept Bitcoin, and (Bitcoin via CashApp), Ethereum, Dash, SHIBU, and Dogecoin in the USA and Canada, we also accept INTERAC email money transfers in Canada as well. Follow the instructions at checkout and choose the payment method you prefer. After an order is placed we provide thorough instructions on how to make payment. Orders do not get cancelled so take your time making payment, we might follow up with you via text or email if a payment is not made right away to see if we can help you in anyway. We appreciate our customers paying digitally as it allows us to keep moving forward. 

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed and we’ve received your payment, we will begin processing it and sending out as quickly as possible, please note, every package we send out is custom made unlike other ecommerce platforms, so your patience is appreciated. Lead times may vary.

Estimated time for delivery once your order is sent is 8 to 10 full business days in the USA and 5 to 8 in Canada. 

Once your order has been shipped, a live tracking # will be sent to your email and we always communicate effectively with all of our customers, always feel free to reach out at info@hempearth.ca, we shall get back to you right away.

What will my package look like?

Packages at Hempearth are very discreet. No one can tell the contents of the package. These contents are then shipped with no reference to our company or mushrooms.
