Ketamine is a commonly found as a mixture of (S)-Ketamine and (R)-Ketamine.
Both (S)-Ketamine and (R)-Ketamine will produce the general same effects. However, when a 50/50 mixture is not maintained certain effects can be increased.
(S)- Ketamine: Stronger dissociative and psychedelic effects.
(R)-Ketamine: Longer lasting and more potent antidepressant effects.
Recommended Dosage:
200mg to 300mg – Orally
30mg to 200mg – Intranasal
Orally VS Intranasal
Oral Bioavailability (16–20%): Generally considered a nicer experience, however due to the decrease in bioavailability a higher dosage is typically required.
Intranasal Bioavailability (45-50%): Higher bioavailability which will result in a stronger experience at lower dosages and a quicker come up.
